In a bowl with a little warm water dissolve the yeast and mix with 2-3 tablespoons of flour. Let it rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Over the sifted flour, add the previously obtained mayonnaise, salt and warm water. Knead and leave in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume. AA
Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and knit as in the pictures below (in the pictures I divided it into 8 and the buns came out a little big) and grease with egg. Place the buns in the pan and leave them to rise for about 30 minutes. Put in the oven until slightly browned (35-40 min).
