Tart with sweet cheese, marzipan and almond flakes & # 8211 Easter or cheesecake. A special cake that combines classic recipe of leavened dough with cheese with an unmistakable and incomparable aroma of marzipan. Recipes with cottage cheese. Cheesecake recipes. Tart recipes. Cheesecake recipes.
This cottage cheese cake can also be called Easter or cheesecake. Where marzipan appears in the equation, success is already guaranteed for me. I love marzipan in absolutely any combination. And this Easter with marzipan with flakes and almonds did not disappoint my expectations at all. It has a special touch and is absolutely delicious.
I tried several Easter options: without dough, with leavened dough and cheese (traditional), with sour cream (recipe here) and I definitely wanted to try this Easter with marzipan that I warmly recommend. Here you find it all easter recipes.
Cow's cheese can NOT be replaced with ricotta (urda) because they are two completely different products! Here you can see how you can make cottage cheese at home.
Cheesecake, green onions and nuts
For the dough: the dough was made in the bread machine, and the ingredients were put in the machine in the order written in the ingredients. We spread the dough with the rolling pin and give it a round shape. Put the dough in a tart form, lined with oil and flour, bake the dough blindly for 10 minutes.
For the filling: crush the cottage cheese with a fork, add salt, egg and egg white, semolina and mix with a fork. Cut the cheese into cubes, stop a few pieces for decoration, and add the rest to the cheese filling. We cut the onion into slices, and we crush the walnuts in our hands. Add the onion and walnuts to the filling, but stop each one a little. Mix all the ingredients from the filling and place them on the baking sheet for 10 minutes. On top we put a little cheese with mold, onion and nuts. Bake the tart at 170 degrees C for 30 minutes. Leave to cool, portion and serve hot or cold, plain or with salad.

Cheesecake, pepper and fenugreek tart - Recipes
I made the tart last week, but I haven't been able to post it yet!
Because I put some pictures of the tart on fb, the girls asked me to post the recipe as soon as possible, today I obey :)
It's my first tart try, I tested the new shapes that I can now say I'm very happy with!
- 250 gr margarine, 1 egg, a cup of warm water, 1/2 sachet baking powder, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, 100 gr sugar, 500 gr flour, 400 gr berries (frozen), 300 gr sweet cheese, 1 sachet of jelly cake (for which we need 200 ml of water, fruit juice and 4 tablespoons of sugar)
I cut the margarine into pieces and put it in a large bowl. I added sugar, vanilla sugar, salt powder and warm water. I stirred until the margarine started to melt.
I then added flour, baking powder (directly without extinguishing it in vinegar), egg and mixed well. If you need a little more flour, add more. You have to mix well until the dough becomes homogeneous.
I got a hard dough that I left in the fridge for 30 minutes.
I greased the tart trays with oil and lined them with flour.
I divided the dough into 2 large and 6 small pieces (depending on the trays - I made 2 large and 6 small trays).
I spread the dough well on the work table and placed it in the shape of a tart. I shaped the shape of the tray and pricked it with a fork from place to place. I saw that some housewives put some beans, rice on a baking paper over the tart so that it doesn't rise. It didn't rise for me, it was well pricked with a fork :))
I left it in the oven for 25 minutes.
I took the tarts out of the molds and filled them with sweet cheese mixed with vanilla sugar, then decorated with berries.
I prepared the jelly from 200 ml of water, a few tablespoons of fruit juice (I used the juice left by the berries when they thawed), sugar and the envelope of jelly cake. I put it on the fire and boiled it and then I distributed it on the tarts over the berries.
The jelly gives a special look to the tart, so it is worth using.
I left the tart in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving, then I cut it into slices with a damp knife so that it doesn't break.

4. After all the ingredients have been incorporated, pour the composition into the tray and put it in the oven at a low temperature for about 80 minutes.
