Shrikhand is a creamy yogurt dessert, native to western India, served with lychee, dates, papaya and pomegranate.


    900 g yogurt 12 stigmas of saffron, crushed 2 tablespoons skim milk 50 g powdered sugar or to taste 0.5 teaspoon cardamom (or nutmeg), ground 250 g dates 250 g fresh lychee fruit or 400 g lychee fruit in compote, well drained 1 papaya mica 1 pomegranate

Rice pudding recipe with jujube


  • 12 jujube (Chinese dates)
  • 190 g Arborio rice (risotto)
  • 1 l milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 30 g chopped pistachios

Method of preparation

Cut the jujubes in half, remove the seeds and chop the pulp. Rinse and drain the rice. Boil the rice, fruit and 500 ml of milk. Grate the nutmeg on top, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Heat 250 ml of milk, add and mix and boil for 10 min. Add the rest of the milk and mix. Add honey and cinnamon. Remove from the heat, allow to cool and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Actinidia is a plant sensitive to low temperatures before starting to grow in vegetation (-15 ° C).   • 22 gr chia seeds
  • 350 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon flax flour
